As champions of the North West, we're proud to support local farmers by sourcing all of our meat locally. Our beef is sourced from a farm in Bury, our lamb from a family member’s farm in the Trough of Bowland, our Pork comes from a farm in Cheshire and is exclusively outdoor bred, and our chicken all has the British Red Tractor label.
By shopping with us, you’re helping to support the local community, and getting delicious, top quality meat in the process! We also use meat from our butcher shop to create scrumptious meals in our café.
The Deli stocks a unique range of locally sourced food, award winning suppliers and international produce. All of our pies and meals are made in house by our chefs and butchers. Our bread is delivered daily from a local bakery and the cheese from different suppliers mainly throughout Lancashire.
Our cakes and other sweet treats are all baked in house daily.
In our Food Hall, there is a little bit of everything: fruits, vegeatbles, frozen goods, beverages, jams... the list is endless! Our wide range of mouth-watering products are specially selected to ensure your cupboards are stocked with tasty items. Need your meat to be diced, minced, skinned, tied or prepared in any way? No problem! Our skilled butchers are more than happy to help – all you have to do is ask. We love to dry age our beef to make it extra tender and tasty, and we will age your beef for a long as you like – providing you with your ideal piece of meat.
In addition to a great range of fresh meat, we sell appetising and convenient ready-to-cook meals, plus cooked pies, sausages, burgers and kebabs to be enjoyed at home. You definitely won’t be leaving empty handed!
